Shaq And Wife Divorce Settlement

Shaquille O'Neal and his estranged wife, Shaunie have reached a settlement in their messy divorce. The couple has had problems over the years and nearly parted ways a couple years ago but now the divorce is official.

Shaunie's lawyer Sorrell Trope tells tmz.com that Shaq and Shaunie have reached agreement on all terms of the divorce, including property, custody and support.

Though Shaunie moved the kids to California in the hopes to get the full Cali divorce settlement treatment only got part of her wishes. The Florida courts will have jurisdiction to officially divorce the couple will handle any issues that may arise involving property division and spousal support.

Trope says that California will handle the custody of the couple's children.

Shaunie has filed a motion to dismiss the separate action.

This is going to get ugly.

I think it was foul of her to relocate to a state that automatically gives half to the other spouse. Like him she was getting her swerve on and was stacking funds away. Come on now if dude was tippin out with other women when they were only dating why would he stop when they were married. Good luck with it though. Hopefully its not a knock down drag out joint that will drive the children to choose sides.
