Execs Want Talk Show Host to Change Her Image

How much Wendy is too much? Just as "The Wendy Williams Show" is heating up, the “suits” tell her she needs to take it down a notch to appeal to middle-America – translation: stay-at-home moms in the middle of nowhere.
Executives at "The Wendy Williams Show" want the vivacious daytime talk show host to be a little less "Wendy" for the upcoming season. To appeal to middle-America moms, executives told the hair-and-makeup team to tone down Williams' look and for Wendy to tone down the personality, according to The YBF.
We hope Wendy stands her ground and doesn’t let some executives try and mold her into the person they think she is. Didn’t they know who they were getting when they hired her –she’s not Oprah!

Rapper Has Work To Do

Rapper 50 Cent has only been on Twitter a few weeks, but has already made a name for himself with salacious tweets involving porn stars, disses aimed at former rivals, and just random Fiddy-style jokes.
But, in an effort to remind everyone that he's still a rapper with an important album on the horizon, Curtis Jackson says he's leaving the popular social networking site behind for the time being.
"Ok ladies and gentalmen I'm writing my new album. I will not be on twitter again till sept 6This album will be a classic," 50 tweeted Wednesday (August 31).
And in one last bit of Twitter raunchiness, 50 added: "Motherf*ckers I know how to spell gentlemanI was typing fast f*ck you. sept 6 until then b*tches suck deep and n*ggas lick the holes right."

Some early photos of pop singer Rihanna have surfaced featuring the pop singer in full military gear for her role in the action blockbuster Battleship.
With "Love the Way You Lie" her hit duet with Eminem riding high on the charts, Rihanna's next big move into film seems to be perfectly timed. She was spotted on the set of her new movie in Hawaii dressed in Navy attire. Based on the infamous Hasbro game, the movie has a budget of reportedly $200 million and looks to open in May of 2011.

Rapper And His Wife Busted In Los Angeles

Looks like rapper/actor T.I. was a little too happy about the success of his action movie Takers.
The superstar and his wife, Tameka "Tiny" Cottle, were arrested for possession of a controlled substance. According to TMZ, law enforcement sources allege that L.A. County Sheriff’s deputies pulled over the multi-platinum selling rapper and his wife in a Maybach on Sunset Boulevard around 10:30PM on September 1st. Deputies say they smelled marijuana, and after searching the vehicle they arrested T.I. and Tameka.
T.I., of course, is on probation after serving a year in federal prison on felony weapons charges. The last thing he needs is silly run-ins with the law. Hopefully, this will blow over.

Teenager's Tweets Causing Concern In Las Vegas

Michael Jordan's son, Marcus, may be under investigation. The 19-year-old Jordan tweeted on August 20th about spending $35,000 at Haze at Aria Resort & Casino. "Last night was stupid... 35K at Haze," the University of Central Florida sophomore guard said. "Totals 50K something the whole day."
Now, Nevada Gaming Control Board enforcement chief Jerry Markling is planning to investigate whether or not the casino violated laws, allowing the teen to gamble and possibly drink alcohol.
Marcus's brother Jeffrey was also allegedly a part of the party at the casino, as well as Marcus' teammate A.J. Rompza. They were all in Las Vegas for # 23's fantasy basketball camp.
